But how about the reason we're all here, would you recommend a Wind Waker Randomizer? Absolutely, yes. There are tons of options to change the difficulty and the tracker that I used can also show you the logic needed for some of the "checks" so I was able to work it out for the most part where I had to check in the various destinations. I really think this one needed a tracker to let me know where I could and coudln't check for items, unlike the Hollow Knight Randomizer that had everything built in. In that game you could check the map and it would let you know where you had left to check and also which of those locations were available. I think having a built in solution like that here would've pushed me over the top to recommending this game without reservation.
If you played this game recently or have a really good game knowledge I would definitely recommend this! If not, I think I'd only recommend a randomizer on a game you have particularly good knowledge of. I had a good time, but it was a little frustrating compared to the Hollow Knight randomizer. That could be chalked up to a 2D vs 3D game though, one being more friendly for a randomizer in general.
The tracker I used: https://www.wooferzfg.me/tww-rando-tracker/
When you create the randomized ROM it gives you a text string that you plug into this tracker. Then it has all the logic and whatnot built right in there for you. The tracker is excellent!
