I don't really feel like I have a whoel ton to say about this game, but here we go. This game is a spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio: Future made by the same devs. The aesthetics of the game including the levels, costumes, music, and broad strokes gameplay are very similar. Even the choice to stick with the Dreamcast-era polygons. And I can respect all of that! Despite looking like a game from nearly 20 years ago the looks and music really are the strong suit. I didn't really enjoy the act of playing the game, the controls are weird and the camera was really unpleasant to control. The fighting seemed really unnecessary and was unfortunate to control. But I'm really glad for the experience. Playing a game with this much style and sense of direction is always kind of refreshing. Makes me remember that lots of games are passion projects, not necessarily profit maximizing monstrosities churned out by big companies. I don't know that I would recommend this game for someone else to play but I am very glad for the experience. And definitely listen to the soundtrack, it's so good.
