I don't really have much to say about this game. No complex thoughts really. The game looks and sounds great, it's a Nintendo game after all. I liked the puzzles for combat but I think there was more room to explore what could be done in moving around the rings. The bosses were a little playful but I think the regular encounters could have been as well. It really made the regular encounters drag after a point. The story was cute enough but I think the companion Olivia was really annoying. She was as bad as Fi was in Skyward Sword, way too much to say at any time, any story sections were ground to a halt. I would gladly lend my copy of this game to someone who was interested, but I don't think I'd recommend people buy this one. Another entry in Paper Mario showing that the series is adrift.
